    Magic Moments is a diverse stable that suits the needs of any horse owner. Located near I-10 and Beltway 8 on the west side of Houston, the barn is just 7 to 10 minutes from the Memorial area. Why drive an hour to visit and ride your horse? We offer the best care around. Magic Moments is a full board facility with staff living on the premise, covered lighted arena. You can ride your horse practically 24hrs a day, no matter what the weather.

     This stable enables all owners to interact with their horse in a safe environment.
 
     The stable was purchased in 1998, by the Durdin Family, after leasing it for several years. The Durdins' have owned their Arabian and Half-Arabians since 1981. Granger, their daughter, started riding when she was five years old and is still the reason why the family is involved in with the horses. Her passion for the horses is what has allowed her to accomplish all that she has with their horses. Granger has worked with some of the top trainers in the world to accomplish her goals in the show ring. While doing all of the training herself, she was coached by Ann Stover, Tom McNair, Ray LaCroix, and Michael Byatt. Her wins include 1 U.S. National Championship, Training for 3 Reserve National Championships, 13 Top Tens in the U.S. and Canada, 4 Regional Championships, 4 Regional Reserve Championships, numerous Regional Top Five's and countless wins locally.
   
 
   

 

      Granger Durdin is the one who is in charge of managing the stable. She continues to work and train her own horses while maintaining her amateur status for the show ring. Her dedication to the sport, the breed and the love of the individual horses has been driving her to the top for many years. She gives it her all when it comes to her horses and the customers horses.
